Who is EduPlace for?
For solo trainers running 5+ sessions a year, training organizations with a team of trainers, and coworking or training centers that operate a venue for training events. Not designed for ad-hoc one-off sessions.
How fast can it be deployed?
Standard setup in 2โ€“3 working days. We assign a subdomain or deploy on yours, import existing contacts from CSV, set up payment gateway and SMTP. Plan 1 hour for trainer and admin training.
Where does the data live? Who owns it?
Hosting in the EU (Contabo Prague) or on your server. Materials in encrypted S3 (Impossible Cloud, EU). Customer data is yours โ€” we provide export and backups on demand. GDPR-compliant.
What payment methods are supported?
Stripe (card) and Zoho Billing (transfer / invoice). Offline payments (cash at reception) also supported. Invoices auto-generated with VS, due dates and reminders.
Can EduPlace be branded with my logo?
Yes. Custom subdomain, logo, colors, email and registration form copy. Participants don't see EduPlace under the hood.
What if I only need a few features?
Plans by scope: solo trainer, small center, multi-trainer organization, enterprise. We send concrete pricing after a short call or email based on your plan.
