Frequently asked questions
Do I need an EduPlace account to recommend someone?
You don't — anyone can fill in the form. But for the CZK 100 credit to reach you, you need an EduPlace account with the same email address. If you don't have one yet, create it in my learning space — the credit is matched automatically once the person you recommended buys.
When do I get the CZK 100 credit?
Right after the person you recommended pays for their first course at EduPlace. If they pay today, the credit is in your account within a minute.
Can I recommend more than one person?
Yes, as many as you like. For security reasons there is a limit of 5 recommendations per IP address per hour, but you will not run into it in practice.
What if my friend declines or ignores the recommendation?
Nothing happens. The recommendation expires after 14 days and you can recommend the same friend again 30 days after the last one. The code is single-use, so if they never use it, nobody is charged anything.
How long is the code valid?
The single-use 20% code is valid for 90 days from the moment it is sent. If your friend decides to buy the course later than that, let us know — we will send them a new code.
Can I combine the credit with another code?
Yes. The credit is deducted after the promo code discount, so you can use both.
