EduPlace
EduPlace for companies

Training built on your team's actual work.

Not a generic course off the shelf. We build the programme around what your people really deal with — your decks, e-mails, products and the situations in their week.

What companies come to us for

Five things we help with

Corporate programmes

Languages, AI, sales and leadership

Business English for working internationally, AI tools in day-to-day operations, sales skills and leadership. In groups or one to one, online or at your place.

Business English in detail
Your own content

Your materials turned into training

Upload internal guidelines, product sheets or decks and EduPlace turns them into training with a test and a record of who completed it. Mostly used for onboarding.

One link

No accounts to create

Some training runs with no sign-up at all — send the link, your colleague clicks and is in. Nobody gets stuck on a form and IT doesn't manage access.

Reporting

You know who learned what

Attendance, progress, test results and certificates in one place. Evidence for HR, for funding, and for deciding where the next training budget goes.

AI between lessons

Practice whenever there's time

Between lessons there's AI for revision, explanation and practice. The trainer's time then goes to conversation and feedback, not drilling vocabulary.

How we start

From the first call to a pilot

We don't start with packages. We start with what the team should be able to do in six months.

  1. A short call

What you want to achieve, who it involves and by when. 20–30 minutes.

  2. A proposed programme

Scope, format, trainers, schedule and price. In writing, upfront, with nothing hidden.

  3. A pilot with part of the team

You check it works on a small group before sending in the whole department.

  4. Ongoing reporting

You see attendance and progress. The programme adjusts to what emerges.

Frequently asked questions

What companies ask

Do participants have to register?

Not for link-based training — they click and they're in. An account is needed only if you want individual progress, certificates, or permanent access to materials.

Can we use our own materials?

Yes — it's one of the main reasons companies choose EduPlace. Upload internal guidelines, product sheets or decks and they become training with a test and an attendance record.

Do trainers teach, or AI?

A person runs the lesson. AI is there between lessons for practice and revision — where a trainer would otherwise spend time on routine. We never pass AI off as a person.

How is it invoiced?

By invoice, monthly or for the whole programme — whichever fits your budget. You know the price from the proposal upfront.

Do you run training at our offices?

Yes. Online, at your site, or at an EduPlace venue. A mix is most common — kick-off and intensive blocks in person, ongoing lessons online.
