EduPlace is a student club created within the CowoHC coworking space in Hořice. It combines a physical place for focused study with an online platform for tutoring, study groups and community activities.
The club is open to high school and university students from across the Czech Republic — some activities take place on-site in Hořice, others online. Can't focus at home? Tutors create a profile — subjects, level, rate, availability. Learners book a lesson and pay upfront by card. Lessons happen either on-site at CowoHC or online by video. After the lesson, both rate each other. The club takes a small fee for matchmaking and the technical backbone.
The club is primarily for students, but alumni, trainers and people from industry are welcome — typically as mentors or workshop facilitators. We also have a separate trainer system.
